Water Class - for returning students

Come back and join the Beginner Water class again to get more practice with complex skills like Frenzel Equalization and the Duck Dive.

You must have AIDA 1 certification or equivalent to attend this class as a returning student.

Class schedule

2 - 4pm:

• You and your buddy will have your own buoy
• Follow along with the class or decide yourself what you want to work on
• Examples:
  • Frenzel equalization
  • Longer underwater swims (if you want to try the AIDA 2 Challenge, it is 40m / 1.3 laps underwater)
  • Dolphin Kick

4 - 4:30pm:

• Practice to improve your duck dive

4:30 - 5pm:

• Revise rescues
• Try the AIDA 2 Challenge - rescue from the bottom of the pool
