Freediving 1 - for returning students

Come back and join the in-water part of the Freediving 1 (Beginner) class again to get more practice with complex skills like Frenzel Equalization and the Duck Dive.

You must have already registered for and received your Freediving 1 certification to attend this class as a returning student.

Class runs 2-5pm, and you are welcome to follow along with the class or set your own agenda.
