Freediving 3

Learn to freedive to unlimited depth! This is the highest level class in recreational freediving and prepares you with the knowledge and skills to dive beyond 100 feet.

Location
The class takes place at Lake Berryessa, a warm sunny lake about an hour's drive north of the Bay.

Timing
The class runs on Sundays, from 9am - 3pm. Detailed schedule:

• 9-11am: Land class at the Berryessa Gap winery next to the lake.
• 11-11:30am: Drive to the lake (15 mins) and walk down together. 
• 12-3pm: Water class.
  

Who should take this class?
This class is designed for certified freedivers who want to learn the safety knowledge and techniques to freedive beyond 100 feet. In AIDA's terms, it is an AIDA 4 level class. The prerequisite for the class is an advanced certification from any freediving agency and ability to already dive close to 100 feet.

• Half empty lung diving (FRCs)

+ Unlimited Depth Training
Included with this class is unlimited access to our regular Sunday depth trainings for the rest of the year. The class is an intense learning experience and it pairs best with a sustained period of practice afterwards, to build your body's mastery of what your mind has learned.

+ Certification
During this class you can, entirely optionally, take some or all of the certification tests for AIDA's depth level 4.

Rescheduling and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund up until 7 days before the start of class, subject to the 2.9% payment processing fee charged by our payment processing provider, and reschedule at no charge up until 7 days before the start of class. After 7 days before the start of class, you cannot cancel or reschedule for any reason either medical (surgery, covid, injury, etc) or non-medical (moving, etc).
