Join classes at our Freedive Studio, which runs every Sunday morning at beautiful Lake Berryessa in the heart of California wine country.
Our classes are designed for everyone from certified beginners to expert freedivers. Build upon what you learned in your Beginner Class, or deepen your practice at your own pace.
Timing Class runs every Sunday, from 9am to noon, with (optional) lunch afterwards from 1-2pm nearby.
Location Our freediving spot is at the south east end of the lake, next to the dam, about an hour's drive north of San Francisco. Here are the GPS coordinates for our spot: 38.509385, -122.112025. You can also find it by typing "Freedive Studio" into Google Maps.
Scheduling and refunds You don't have to sign up online for the date you want to attend - you can just show up. You can cancel your purchase for a full refund at any time before you attend class.
Certification To purchase a single class rather than a pack of classes, you must have permission from Fins & Foam. Please reach out to us at hello@finsandfoamfreediving.com if you haven't already.
