Join classes at our Freedive Studio at beautiful Lake Berryessa in the heart of California wine country.
Our classes are designed for everyone from certified beginners to advanced freedivers. Build upon what you learned in your Beginner Class, or deepen your practice at your own pace.
Start with an Intro Class (choose your date above), then you can continue on to our regular classes.
Timing
The Intro Class runs 10am - 1pm on the Sunday of your choice.
Regular classes run every Sunday, from 10am - 1pm, with optional lunch afterwards from 2-3pm at the winery down the road, and optional land class on advanced topics from 9-10am beforehand.
Location
Our freediving spot is at the south east end of the lake, next to the dam, about an hour's drive north of San Francisco. Here are the GPS coordinates for our spot: 38.509385, -122.112025. You can also find it by typing "Freedive Studio" into Google Maps.
Scheduling and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund up until 24 hours before the start of your Intro Class, subject to the 2.9% payment processing fee charged by our payment processing provider, and reschedule at no charge up until 24 hours before the start of your Intro Class. After 24 hours before the start of your Intro Class, you cannot cancel or reschedule for any reason either medical (surgery, covid, injury, etc) or non-medical (moving, etc).
Certification
You must be a certified freediver to purchase these classes. Certifications from any agency are generally accepted, such as "AIDA 1", "Molchanovs Wave 3", "FFI Level 2", "PADI Freediver", etc.
