Freediving 1 - Beginner Class

About the Beginner class

The Beginner Class is all you need to get started freediving! By the end of this class, you will be a certified freediver, know how to freedive safely, and be doing complete freedives. 

Timing

Class takes place at the Miwok Aquatic Center in Marin and runs from 12-5pm, with the first two hours in a classroom and the next three hours in the pool. 

Schedule

The Miwok Aquatic Center doesn't release its availability for the second half of the year until late May. If you book a "waitlist" date, you will be first on the list to be offered your choice of dates once we lock in our bookings in late May.

Rescheduling and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund up until 7 days before the start of class, subject to the 2.9% payment processing fee charged by our payment processing provider. Within 7 days of the start of class, you cannot reschedule for any reason either medical (surgery, covid, injury, etc) or non-medical (moving, etc).
